Thanks to antioxidants, blueberries, and spinach this forest smoothie will boost your immune system. Try the recipe and let me know how you like it.
Ingredients:
½ cup baby spinach
1 cup blueberries
2 tbs lemon juice
1 handful almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maca root powder
2 dl water
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
