Mango kiwi smoothie
If you are tired of classic smoothie recipes, here is a new idea. Make a mango kiwi smoothie in two layers, just like in the photo. The better the food is served, the harder it is to resist it. Let me know your impressions.

Servings: 2-4
Ingredients for mango layer:
2 ½ cup mango, diced
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ lemon peel, grated
Water, if needed
Ingredients for kiwi layer:
3 kiwis
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp agave syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
½ cup baby spinach
a piece of fresh ginger, if desired
Instructions:
1. Put all the mango layer ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture, for about 30 seconds. Then pour the mixture into two large glasses.
2. Put all the kiwi layer ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture, for about 30 seconds. Pour the mixture in glasses over the mango layer.
3. Decorate as desired, serve and enjoy.
