Mushroom pottage

400 g mushrooms, halved
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
4 cups water
1 small handful fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
100 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp lemon juice

1. Cook mushrooms, onions and garlic in water for about 15 minutes.
2. Take 1 cup of liquid from the pot and spill it out, then wait for the soup in the pot to cool down.
3. Add 100 ml coconut milk, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper and basil.
4. Blend all ingredients and serve.
