Noodles with sesame seeds and baby spinach

When you crave pasta, cook rice noodles by my recipe, and combine them with baby spinach. Season them with white and black sesame seeds, and with red chili pepper flakes. You can serve this dish with desired protein, like grilled chicken, turkey, steak, or legumes as beans or chickpea. Look for the recipe below.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
150 g uncooked rice noodles
½ cup baby spinach
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ garlic clove, mashed
2 tsp tahini paste

Decoration (optional):
1 tbsp white and black sesame seeds
1 tsp red chili pepper flakes

Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles by following packaging instructions. Rinse them with water and strain, then set them aside.
2. For the topping, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and tahini paste in a bowl. If the mixture is too thick, add water.
3. Coat the noodles with the resulting mixture, add baby spinach, and sprinkle everything with white and black sesame seeds, and with red chili pepper flakes.
4. Serve with protein, as desired (for example, cubes of grilled chicken, turkey, steak strips, or legumes like beans or chickpea) and enjoy.
