Oatmeal with apples, raspberries, and cinnamon
This is another oatmeal in a row, which can serve you as a meal that you will prepare quickly for breakfast. Raspberries, apples, and cinnamon are a great combination, which will sweeten you and make you feel full. Add a tablespoon of hazelnut butter and pieces of dark vegan chocolate for a fuller flavor.

Ingredients:
½ cup oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 apple, chopped into small pieces
1 cup water
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup fresh raspberries
1 tsp agave syrup
Decoration (optional):
1 tbsp hazelnut butter
1 tsp grated dark vegan chocolate
½ tsp hemp protein
Instructions:
1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk and oats into a smaller pot and cook at moderate temperature for about 3-4 minutes.
2. Add a cup of water and apple pieces to another pot. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and cook at moderate temperature for a few minutes, until the apple softens.
3. Pour cooked oatmeal into a smaller bowl, then add cooked apple pieces, fresh raspberries, and a teaspoon of agave syrup.
4. Add the hazelnut butter, pieces of dark vegan chocolate, and hemp protein, if desired.
5. Serve and enjoy.
