Orange mango carrot smoothie

Even though this orange mango carrot smoothie contains only three ingredients, it’s incredibly healing and delicious. Blend orange, carrot, and mango, and with just one glass of this beverage, provide your body with a high dose of vitamins A, C, B1 and folates.
Ingredients:
1 cup mango, sliced
2 medium carrots, peeled
1 orange, peeled
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 dl water
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve. If you prefer a thinner consistency, use slightly more water.
