Peach chia pudding

I really like chia puddings, which you probably figured out by now by reading my recipes. I especially like this one with peaches because it’s extremely refreshing. I mixed chia seeds with almond milk and added two tsp of maple syrup to sweeten it. If you want to try it, below you can find the exact instructions on how to make it.

6 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp maple syrup or some other sweetener of your choice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 peach, diced

1. Mix all the pudding ingredients except the peach. Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes so that the chia seeds do not form lumps.
2. Leave the pudding for about 20 minutes to thicken, then add the chopped peaches over it.
3. Serve and enjoy.
