Pineapple chlorella smoothie

Do you know what chlorella is? It’s a highly nutritious alga, which encourages natural body detoxification. I mixed it with pineapple and baby spinach and got a very delicious smoothie, which is especially recommended if you want to reduce your body weight. Try out this recipe.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:
1 banana
2 ½ cup pineapple, chopped into small pieces + a bit for decoration
1 cm fresh ginger, peeled
1 lemon juice
1 handful of baby spinach
¾ cup coconut water
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp chlorella powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds + a bit for decoration (optional)
½ cup water

Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture. If the mixture is too thick, add water.
2. Sprinkle the mixture with hemp seeds, serve and enjoy.
