Pumpkin porridge

My classic oatmeal recipe looks like this: oatmeal, cinnamon, water, a little bit of coconut sugar and one grated Granny Smith apple. However, I have to admit that I was bored with this combination of ingredients and decided to try something completely new. I liked the result, and in front of you is a great recipe where I combined oats with rice milk and grated pumpkin. I have no doubt you will like the taste too! Read the recipe below.

Ingredients:
1 handful grated pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 dl rice milk
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
6 tbsp oatmeal
1 tsp agave syrup
1 tsp cocoa

Instructions:
Blend pumpkin and rice milk in a blender and then pour it into a small pot. Add oatmeal, cinnamon and vanilla extract and cook it for a few minutes to thicken the porridge. Serve porridge in a bowl and place agave syrup and cocoa on top. Enjoy!
