Raspberry smoothie

Raspberries also have a positive effect on skin health, so they are often used in cosmetics. The recipe for a raspberry smoothie is below. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 Granny Smith apple
1⁄2 cup raspberries
1 pitted date
1 small handful parsley leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
5 cm peeled cucumber
1 handful almonds
2 dl water

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
