Salmon with lemon and dressing with garlic and dill

This is the best salmon I ever prepared. You can see that in the photos because its softness and juiciness invite you to take a bite. Garlic and dill dressing and fresh lemon give it a special flavor. If I made you interested, look below for the recipe.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
450 g salmon (2 fillets)
1 tbsp olive oil
a pinch of salt
a pinch of black pepper
2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 small lemon, cut into crescents, for decoration

Garlic and dill dressing ingredients:
¼ cup hummus
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, mashed
½ cup water

Instructions:
1. Heat the oven at 180 °C and line the pan with baking paper.
2. Prepare salmon fillets by washing them shortly under cold water and dry them with a paper towel.
3. Coat the fillets with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Add the dill on top.
4. Put seasoned salmon in a pan, then bake for 12-15 minutes. Take out the pan and set it aside.
5. In the meantime, prepare garlic and dill dressing by mixing the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until combined. If the sauce is too thick, add more water.
6. Serve salmon fillets with lemon slices and garlic and dill dressing.
7. Serve and enjoy.
