Sesame ginger dressing
I can’t imagine many dishes without dressings or toppings, because they complement their tastes and make them specific. I love to experiment and find new combinations, in order to eat as diverse as possible. The last thing I came up with was sesame ginger dressing, which goes perfectly with proteins, like chicken or fish. Try it out.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Servings: around 100 ml
Ingredients:
3 tbsp tahini paste
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
1 tsp ginger, ground
1 tsp agave syrup
1-3 tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Pour tahini paste, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, tamari sauce, ginger, agave syrup, and 1 tbsp water in a small bowl, and stir until combined.
2. If the dressing is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
3. Serve with your favorite dish and enjoy.
