Spinach and pomegranate salad

Every woman wants delicious yet eye-catching meals on her table. So I decided to share with you one salad recipe made of spinach, pomegranate and walnuts with fantastic balsamic vinegar dressing.

Pomegranate and spinach have highly beneficial nutrients. They contain vitamin C, K, iron, magnesium, calcium, folates, and other micronutrients. Nuts are rich in fats, so they are great for the nervous system! Pomegranate and balsamic vinegar have a low glycemic index so people with insulin resistance or diabetes can also consume them. Ingredients:
2 handfuls baby spinach
1 pomegranate, seeds
1 handful nuts
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt

Instructions:
Put baby spinach, pomegranate and walnuts in a bowl. Blend the dressing using extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pour it over your salad. Serve the salad with a protein of your choice.
