Strawberry banana smoothie

This week, I’ve prepared a fantastic strawberry banana smoothie for you, which you can make very easily and quickly, whenever you feel the craving for sweet food. Add baby spinach, cashews, a tbsp of organic cocoa and a tbsp of lemon juice to this combination. Read the recipe below.

1 banana
1 handful strawberries
1 handful baby spinach
1 tbsp organic cocoa
1 tsp cinnamon
1 handful cashews
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 dl unsweetened rice milk

1. Mix all the ingredients, and blend them until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
2. If the smoothie is too thick, add more rice milk, and if it’s too thin, add a little more banana or strawberry.
3. Pour the smoothie into a glass, sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
