Stuffed avocado

It’s finally time for the stuffed avocado recipe. You can prepare this Mexican dish very easily in only 30 minutes. It’s very tasty since it contains cooked black beans, corn, chives, cherry tomatoes, and fantastic salsa sauce. Look below for the recipe.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
½ cup cooked black beans
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp cooked corn
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
2 tbsp salsa sauce (Look below for the recipe.)
4 cherry tomatoes
2 avocados, pitted, cut in half

Instructions:
1. For the filling, add all ingredients in a bowl (except avocado) and mix until combined.
2. Fill the avocado with the resulting mixture.
3. Serve and enjoy.

Salsa sauce ingredients:
3 cup pelati (peeled tomato)
2 garlic cloves, mashed
1 tsp smoked pepper
1 handful fresh chives, finely chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp organic honey
1 lime juice
black pepper to taste

Salsa sauce instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get desired consistency.
