Summer chickpeas salad

This summer chickpeas salad is perfect for the hot summer days. It is so easy to prepare! Remember that you have to soak the chickpeas in water overnight and cook it the next day.

Ingredients:
1 head of lettuce
1 cup cooked chickpeas
5 tbsp light sesame oil
5 tbsp parsley leaves, chopped
3 tbsp white balsamic or apple cider vinegar
sea salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve. Enjoy!
