The perfect muesli
This delicious homemade muesli with no sugar or artificial ingredients can be made very easy! Provide yourself a healthy breakfast every morning, full of nutrients important for your health.
Ingredients:
3 cups oatmeal
2 cups cranberries
1 cup raw hazelnuts
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
½ cup ground flaxseed
Instructions:
Pour oatmeal, cranberries, hazelnuts, sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds into a large bowl. Stir well. Transfer the muesli into a glass jar or a jar with a lid. Store in a dark and cool place.
* You can replace hazelnuts with almonds, pecans, cashews or walnuts. Instead of cranberries you can use dried cherries or any of your favorite dried fruits. Make sure to have the optimal amount of dried fruit, as it is usually full of sugar.
* The cup used in the recipe is 2dl.
