Turkey with curry and potatoes
Turkey is an excellent source of animal protein. Try turkey with curry and potatoes. You will be amazed by the richness of the flavors!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp unrefined sunflower oil
1 onion, chopped finely
1 green pepper, diced
2 tbsp of curry
2 garlic cloves, minced
400 g of diced tomatoes
300 g turkey breasts, diced, pre-fried in a little oil)
300 g of cooked potatoes, cut into cubes
2 tbsp ajvar
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Roast the onions and peppers for about 3-4 minutes until softened and golden in color. Add curry and garlic, then cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and 150 ml of water. Bring to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes. Lower the temperature, add the turkey and potatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then add ajvar. Sprinkle cilantro and serve.
