Vegan brownies

When someone says brownie, I immediately think of milk, sugar, chocolate and eggs. However, since I love juicy treats like this, and I believe you do too, I was looking for the perfect vegan recipe that would be tasty but healthy. What do you think, did I succeed? Yes, I did! This phenomenal recipe for vegan brownies is one you will want to make over and over again because it will delight you!

Ingredients:
¼ cup avocado
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cups raw cocoa powder
1 cup of coconut sugar + about 3 tbsp to sprinkle on top before baking
1 tsp of baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup of water
1 ½ cups of dark chocolate

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wrap a small pan with baking paper. In a large bowl combine avocado and olive oil. Add flour, cocoa, coconut sugar, baking soda, salt and water. Stir until the ingredients are smooth. Add 1 cup of dark chocolate chopped into pieces. Spread the dough evenly in the pan. Sprinkle the extra chocolate (½ cup) on top and then with about 3 tbsp of coconut sugar. Place the dough to bake for 15-20 minutes. When the brownie has cooled down, cut it into cubes and serve.
