Vegan fruit pudding

Try this amazingly delicious vegan fruit pudding that will definitely become one of the favourite of the youngest ones at your home. It’s pretty simple to make it! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
1 cup almonds
½ cup pitted dates
½ to 1 cup water
fruit of your choice
seeds, berries, cinnamon, cocoa or coconut flour, optional

Instructions:
Soak the almonds and cashews in water overnight. The next day, put them in a blender together with pitted dates and blend until the mixture is as smooth as a pudding. Add the fruit of your choice, then blend again and serve with seeds, berries, cinnamon, cocoa or coconut flour. 

* The cup used in the recipe is 2 dl.
