Vegan parmesan

Another fantastic recipe with cashews! If you don’t consume dairy products, you don’t have to give up on parmesan, because there is its vegan alternative. Here’s how vegan parmesan is made.

Ingredients:
⅓ cup raw cashews
⅓ cup roasted peanuts
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate the vegan parmesan to keep its freshness. It can last for a few weeks.
2. Serve it with your favorite vegetables or gluten-free pasta.
