Vegan ranch dressing
Until I started exploring healthy diet principles, I had no idea what cashews could be used for. By blending these nuts you can get a very creamy and tasty mixture, which appears to be an excellent base for VEGAN RANCH DRESSING. It fits perfectly with cucumber and dill, which I used as additional ingredients. The recipe is below!
Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews
½ cup water
⅓ cup cucumber, peeled and diced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt, or more to taste
¼ tsp dried dill
chives, for decoration
Instructions:
1. Put the cashews, water, cucumber, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and dill in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Season with more salt if desired. Sprinkle with fresh chives and serve.
