Vegan sandwiches
Finally, a turn for my favorite vegan sandwiches! 🙂 I make them when traveling or when I crave childhood flavors that I miss so much. Sandwiches are hard to resist, especially if we know that they are made from ingredients that can serve as a perfect substitute for dried meat products and spreads containing additives.
Ingredients:
2 pieces of wholewheat bread
2 tbsp homemade hummus
1 handful arugula
4 olives, finely chopped
1 piece of seitan, chopped into slices
1 slice of tomato
Instructions:
Spread the hummus on bread and then put seitan, tomatoes, olives, and arugula on one side of the bread. Cover with another slice of bread and serve. Enjoy!
