Wild blueberry compote

When you crave a sweet, and at the same time healthy dessert, use this recipe, for which you’ll need only 20 minutes and 3 ingredients – wild blueberries, lemon, and coconut sugar. I promise you’ll like it.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:
1 cup wild blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 lemon – grated peel and 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp coconut sugar

Instructions:
1. Mix the wild blueberries, grated lemon peel, lemon juice, and coconut sugar in a small pot. Cook everything at moderate temperature, stirring occasionally for about 8 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and the bubbles form.
2. Leave the compote to cool down for about 10 minutes.
3. Serve in a glass bowl or cup and enjoy.
