Zucchini noodles with black sesame

Ingredients:
3 zucchinis
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
¼ tbsp red pepper flakes
a pinch of salt
1 tsp black sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. Make zucchini spirals using a peeler.
2. Finely chop the cilantro.
3. In a large bowl, mix fresh cilantro, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and salt.
4. Add the zucchinis to the same bowl, then mix well.
5. Serve the dish with protein to taste (legumes, mushrooms, meat or fish), sprinkle with black sesame seeds and enjoy!
