Baked pears with cinnamon
If there’s something special that can enrich my festive table, then it is these wonderful baked pears. Unusual, and at the same time, very simple dessert will launch you in a real New Year’s atmosphere. Here’s an idea of how you can treat your housemates. Go and buy pears!
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2 (1 pear per person)
Ingredients:
2 pears, cut in half, unpeeled, and pitted
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp organic honey
Decoration:
Granola
Coconut whipped cream
Ingredients:
1. Put the pears in a pan, lined with baking paper. If they’re not stable, cut their bottom.
2. Coat them with cinnamon, evenly, and then with organic honey.
3. Bake in the oven at 180 °C, for about 20-25 minutes.
4. Leave to cool down, then cover with granola and coconut whipped cream.
5. Serve and enjoy.
