Daikon carrot salad

Many of you must have never heard of daikon. However, this radish is really one of the most effective types of vegetables. Try this daikon carrot salad

I first introduced it to my diet when I started with macrobiotics, and then continued to use it as a supplement to dishes or salads. Because it is a great eliminator of fat and cellulite, it detoxifies the liver and can be really helpful in reducing cholesterol, correcting body weight, cleansing your skin and more.

This recipe is very simple but magical, as a combination of daikon and carrot can make you look better by summer.

Ingredients:
15 cm daikon, peeled into stripes
1 handful carrot, grated
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black sesame seeds
smaller pinch of salt

Instructions:
Peel daikon with a peeler to make the strips as in the photo. Mix it with a grated carrot and dress with dressing. Mix everything and then sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.

Note:
The amount of ingredients is enough for two people as a side dish.
